আমাদের মাধ্যমে ফেসবুক বিজ্ঞাপন (Facebook Ads Boost) নেওয়ার পর তা কোনো অবস্থাতেই রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়। কারণ বিজ্ঞাপন একবার লাইভ হলে ব্যয় সরাসরি Meta/Facebook-এ চলে যায়, যা ফেরত আনা সম্ভব নয়।
হোস্টিং ক্রয়ের পর প্রথম ৩ (তিন) দিনের মধ্যে কোনো সমস্যা দেখা দিলে আমরা সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করব। তবে ৩ দিন অতিক্রান্ত হওয়ার পর কোনো অবস্থায় রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়। ব্যবহারকারী যদি হোস্টিং পরিষেবা বন্ধ করতে চান, তা পরবর্তী বিলিং চক্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।
ওয়েবসাইট স্ক্রিপ্ট বা সফটওয়্যার ক্রয়ের পর তা Non-refundable পণ্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে। একবার স্ক্রিপ্ট ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হলে রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্ভব নয়।
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার আগ পর্যন্ত গ্রাহক যেকোনো সময় সেবা বাতিল করতে পারবেন। কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর কাজ শুরু হলে আংশিক বা পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।
রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হলে তা ৩–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রক্রিয়াকৃত হবে। ব্যাংক বা গেটওয়ে চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে, যা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

Once a Facebook Ad campaign has been launched through our platform, it is non-refundable as the advertising spend is immediately processed by Meta/Facebook.
If you experience any technical issues within the first 3 days of hosting purchase, we will issue a full refund. After 3 days, hosting services are non-refundable. Service cancellation requests will apply to the next billing cycle.
Once a website or software script is delivered, it is considered a non-refundable digital product. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued after delivery.
Customers may cancel their order before confirmation. Once work has started, no partial or full refund will be applicable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–10 business days. Bank or gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
