১. সাধারণ নিয়মাবলী

৪. রিফান্ড ও বাতিল নীতি

  • আমাদের মাধ্যমে ফেসবুক বিজ্ঞাপন বুস্ট করা হলে সেটি রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয়। বিজ্ঞাপন একবার শুরু হয়ে গেলে কোনো অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না।
  • যদি আপনি ওয়েবসাইট হোস্টিং সেবা ক্রয় করেন এবং ৩ দিনের মধ্যে কোনো টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যা দেখা দেয়, তাহলে রিফান্ডের আবেদন করা যাবে। তবে ৩ দিন পার হওয়ার পর কোনো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে না।
  • ওয়েবসাইট স্ক্রিপ্ট একবার ক্রয় করার পর তা নন-রিফান্ডেবল অর্থাৎ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, কারণ এটি ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট।

৫. দায়-দায়িত্ব

আমাদের প্রদত্ত তথ্য বা সেবা ব্যবহারের সময় কোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ফলাফল ঘটলে আমরা তার জন্য দায়ী থাকব না। তবে আমরা সবসময় আমাদের সেবা সর্বোচ্চ মান বজায় রেখে প্রদানের জন্য প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করবেন সম্পূর্ণ নিজের দায়িত্বে ও বিবেচনায়।

  • Facebook Ads boosted through our platform are non-refundable. Once an ad campaign has started, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • For website hosting services, refunds are allowed only if a technical issue is reported within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, no refund requests will be accepted.
  • Website scripts are non-refundable digital products. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
